Pregnancy and its' early signs. Many women trying to conceive a child are often so caught up in the emotions they are experiencing that they often confuse pre menstrual symptoms with those of pregnancy. This can be a common mistake as in the early stages the signs can be very similiar. Remember that every woman is a unique individual. No two women and their symptoms will be exactly the same.
When preparing to conceive a child you need to become familiar with the signs that your body is giving you. Get to know your menstrual cycle and the side effects that accompany them so when a different symptom does appear you will know. .

1. Missed Period- If your period is late or you have missed it completely this is a good sign that you could be pregnant. Many woman say they get a sixth sense and they just know that they are pregnant. If it is a pregnancy you may be feeling more tired than usual and you may be making more trips to the bathroom.
2. Breast Tenderness.
Your breasts may begin to swell and they will start to feel very tender. This is due to increased hormones. Some women also claim that their nipples darken in colour.
3. Nausea- You may start to develop morning sickness. Even the smell of a cup of coffee may start your tummy churning. Nausea can begin as early as a week into the pregnancy. Remember morning sickness can happen at any time of the day.
Lastly, when you believe that you may be pregnant you'll want to be certain and get it confirmed by a health care practioner.
